The traditional outfit for women is sleeveless chemise with full sleeve coat and skirt, for men it is lungi and collarless, sleeveless chemise. The state's festival is the Losar festival. The famous food in the state is Thukpa. The largest city in Arunachal Pradesh is its capital Itanagar. The animal of the state is Mithun (Bos frontalis). Hornbill (Buceros bicornis) is the state's bird. The state's flower is Lady's slipper. The tree of Arunachal Pradesh is Hollong.  The state has 25 districts in it.
